When we talk about the Savior, believers all agree that in the last days, He is certain to come to earth to save mankind. Many prophets have said the Savior will come in the last days. So who is the Savior? Different denominations have different interpretations, and different religions say different things about Him. Who is the true Savior? The true Savior is the Lord who created the heavens and earth and all things, and is the one true God, the Creator. Only the Lord who created everything is the one true God, and only the true God in the flesh is the Savior who can save mankind. If it is not the true God who created all things, then this person is not the Creator and cannot save mankind. This is something we need to be clear on. Remember! There is only one true God, and only God incarnate is the Savior. Only the true God in the flesh can express the truth and fully save mankind, and take us to a beautiful destination. There are many false gods, so there's no need to list them all, but there is only one true Savior. So then, who really is this Savior? 2,000 years ago, the Lord Jesus came and said, “Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand” (Matthew 4:17). He was then crucified to redeem man's sins. He completed the redemption work and began the Age of Grace, allowing people to come before God, pray, communicate with God, and follow God until now. This was the Lord Jesus’ work of redemption. The Lord Jesus was the Savior, who came among man and worked. Based on what we've seen so far, who is the Savior? God in the flesh who personally comes to save mankind. The Lord Jesus did the work of redemption, forgiving people's sins, but people still constantly sin and can't achieve true repentance. God's salvation is to have people truly repent, not just to forgive our sins and call it a day. That is why the Lord Jesus promised He would return in the last days, to fully save mankind. The Savior has now returned and is among us. He has expressed many truths to purify man and save us from sin, so that we can fully turn toward God and be gained by Him, then enter the beautiful destination He's prepared for us—His kingdom. There are now people all over the world who have heard God's voice and have been lifted up before His throne. They are being judged and cleansed by God and they have lovely testimony. They are the overcomers that have been completed by God. Sadly, there are still many people who haven't heard God’s voice, who haven’t seen God’s appearance and work. That is why we are bearing witness right now to how the Savior saves mankind.

When we talk about salvation, some people have this vague idea that God will suddenly descend from the sky and take believers straight up, escaping the disasters and going to heaven. This is a human notion and fantasy, but it's not realistic. There's another important problem. People have all been deeply corrupted by Satan and have a satanic nature. Everyone is living in sin, full of filth and corruption. Could we really be directly raptured? Are we worthy of the kingdom of heaven? If everyone waits for the Savior to descend, clinging to this notion, it is bound to be in vain. They will fall into the disasters, weeping and gnashing their teeth. Then how does the Savior save mankind when He comes? First, He saves us from sin. The Lord Jesus just did the work of redemption so that our sins were forgiven, but in spite of that forgiveness, we still can't help but keep sinning. We haven't escaped sin's shackles. This is an undeniable fact. God is holy and righteous. He appears for a holy place and hides Himself from a land of filth. Being unholy, people cannot behold the Lord, so how could we, living in sin, be worthy of entering God's kingdom? That is why God has incarnated again in the last days and is expressing truths, and doing the work of judgment and chastisement to fully cleanse people and save us from sin, from Satan. It is just as Almighty God says: "Though Jesus did much work among man, He only completed the redemption of all mankind and became man's sin offering; He did not rid man of all his corrupt disposition. Fully saving man from the influence of Satan not only required Jesus to become the sin offering and bear the sins of man, but it also required God to do even greater work to rid man completely of his satanically corrupted disposition. And so, now that man has been forgiven of his sins, God has returned to the flesh to lead man into the new age, and begun the work of chastisement and judgment. This work has brought man into a higher realm. All those who submit under His dominion shall enjoy higher truth and receive greater blessings. They shall truly live in the light, and they shall gain the truth, the way, and the life" (The Word Appears in the Flesh).

Almighty God tells us: "Christ of the last days uses a variety of truths to teach man, to expose the substance of man, and to dissect the words and deeds of man. These words comprise various truths, such as man's duty, how man should obey God, how man should be loyal to God, how man ought to live out normal humanity, as well as the wisdom and the disposition of God, and so on. These words are all directed at the substance of man and his corrupt disposition. In particular, the words that expose how man spurns God are spoken in regard to how man is an embodiment of Satan, and an enemy force against God. In undertaking His work of judgment, God does not simply make clear the nature of man with a few words; He exposes, deals with, and prunes over the long term. All these different methods of exposure, dealing, and pruning cannot be substituted with ordinary words, but with the truth of which man is utterly bereft. Only methods such as these can be called judgment; only through judgment of this kind can man be subdued and thoroughly convinced about God, and moreover gain true knowledge of God. What the work of judgment brings about is man's understanding of the true face of God and the truth about his own rebelliousness. The work of judgment allows man to gain much understanding of the will of God, of the purpose of God's work, and of the mysteries that are incomprehensible to him. It also allows man to recognize and know his corrupt essence and the roots of his corruption, as well as to discover the ugliness of man. These effects are all brought about by the work of judgment, for the essence of this work is actually the work of opening up the truth, the way, and the life of God to all those who have faith in Him. This work is the work of judgment done by God" (The Word Appears in the Flesh).

In the last days, God saves humanity by expressing the truth to expose our sinful nature, so we can see the root of our sinfulness and the truth of our corruption by Satan. Once a person recognizes this, they can develop true regret, and despise and hate themselves. Then they can start to genuinely repent, and they only long to understand and gain the truth. When they become able to practice the truth, they have learned how to submit to God. They understand the truth and live according to God's words and the truth, so their life disposition begins to transform. By constantly experiencing the judgment of God's words, ultimately they are cleansed of their corrupt disposition. This is someone who has been fully saved and then they can enter into the beautiful destination God has prepared for man. That's why we have to accept the judgment and chastisement of Almighty God's words. We must genuinely repent, truly change, and become people who submit to and worship God. Only this is true salvation, and only this makes us worthy of entering His kingdom.

Now there is one thing we're definitely clear on. Only God, only the Creator can save mankind and bring us into that beautiful destination. This God, this Creator has been speaking and working to guide and save mankind this whole time, up until today. The entire Bible is a testimony to God's appearance and work. It provides testimony that heaven and earth, all things, were created by God, and bears witness to the Creator's appearance and work. Only this one true God incarnate who comes among us is the Savior. Only He can save mankind. This Savior has to be God in the flesh and must express the truth. This is the only true Savior. Any so-called Savior that can't express the truth is an evil spirit deceiving people. There are many false gods, like celebrities who are adulated and then ordained as gods by emperors after their deaths. Can this really hold water? Those people are just corrupt human beings who go to hell when they die, so who can they save? They can't even save themselves, and God punishes them for their sins. So can they save humanity? All those emperors died long ago and they're all in hell now. The false gods they ordained really can't save mankind. At all costs, do not believe in a false god. That is foolish and ignorant, and will definitely bring you to ruin. Remember that the Savior has to be God incarnate, that He must express the truth. This can only come from God. Any so-called Savior that can't express the truth is false and is leading people astray. Anyone who is not God in the flesh but claims to be God is a false Christ and an evil spirit. Those people aren't saviors and can't save mankind. Satan and all evil spirits pretend to be God, but they still don't dare claim to be the Creator of all things, and they particularly don't dare claim they created man. They also don't dare claim that they can preside over man's fate. They just show some signs and miracles here and there to lead people astray, to gain their allegiance. These false gods and evil spirits are all demons, devils that mislead and corrupt people. They are the enemies of the Creator, the one true God, and are trying to wrest humanity away from Him. That's why these demons and evil spirits are all God's bitter enemies, why they are detested and damned by Him. All who revere and worship these demons and evil spirits will be damned and destroyed by God. Almighty God says: "So long as the old world continues to exist, I will hurl forth My rage upon its nations, openly promulgate My administrative decrees throughout the universe, and visit chastisement upon whosoever violates them: As I turn My face to the universe to speak, all mankind hears My voice, and thereupon sees all the works I have wrought throughout the universe. Those who set themselves against My will, that is to say, who oppose Me with the deeds of man, will fall under My chastisement. I will take the multitudinous stars in the heavens and make them anew and, thanks to Me, the sun and the moon will be renewed—the skies will no longer be as they were and the myriad things on the earth will be renewed. All will become complete through My words. The many nations within the universe will be partitioned afresh and replaced by My kingdom, so that the nations upon the earth will disappear forever and all will become a kingdom that worships Me; all the nations of the earth will be destroyed and cease to exist. Of the human beings within the universe, all those belonging to the devil will be exterminated, and all who worship Satan will be laid low by My burning fire—that is, except for those now within the stream, all will be turned to ashes. When I chastise the many peoples, those in the religious world will, to varying extents, return to My kingdom, conquered by My works, because they will have seen the advent of the Holy One riding on a white cloud. All people will be separated according to their own kind, and will receive chastisements commensurate with their actions. All those who have stood against Me will perish; as for those whose deeds on earth have not involved Me, they will, because of how they have acquitted themselves, continue to exist on the earth under the governance of My sons and My people. I will reveal Myself to the myriad peoples and the myriad nations, and with My own voice, I will sound forth upon the earth, proclaiming the completion of My great work for all mankind to see with their own eyes" (The Word Appears in the Flesh).
