He will regard the prayer of the destitute, and not despise their prayer.

Rejoicing in hope; patient in tribulation; continuing instant in prayer;
Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which passes all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Jesus.
